Louise McEwen


Louise McEwen is Chief Marketing Officer at McLaren Racing. Louise is responsible for the narrative and strategy of the brand, while also overseeing the creative visual identity of the team’s entire racing portfolio. Louise began working with McLaren as a consultant in 2014, before joining as Brand Director in 2017, a role that grew to comprise strategy and marketing, and now represents a pillar of the commercial leadership team.

Prior to joining McLaren, Louise was at Vodafone Group for nine years, working across its global sponsorship properties and brand experiences, including the title partnership with Vodafone McLaren Mercedes. Louise also has experience on the agency-side of the industry, working at Octagon Sports Marketing on a multitude of sports and entertainment platforms. Louise has a degree in Sports Science & Social Science from Loughborough University.

Karen Feldman

SVP, Chief Marketing Officer, Iron Mountain

 

Karen Feldman

Karen is SVP, Chief Marketing Officer at Iron Mountain and has a rich 20-plus years of experience across consultancy, marketing and more. Karen spent over 17 years at IBM and worked her way up to Chief Marketing Officer for IBM Consulting and joined Iron Mountain in November 2024.

Karen is a business and marketing leader passionate about data-driven marketing and storytelling – enjoying the challenge of bringing together her experience in strategy, marketing and sales across technology, media and telecommunications industries to deliver innovation in everything she does.
