Northern Virginia Data Center (VA-9)

Situated on an 142-acre highly secure site, VA-9 is the most recent facility on our 2,100,000 ft2 data center campus, providing highly efficient green colocation space for enterprises, federal agencies, hyperscale clouds and more. VA-9 is located in the same building as VA-8 with dedicated access, security, power and cooling. Scheduled for completion in Q4 2026, it will offer 66,850 ft2 of customer space and 28 MW of green power in the heart of the world’s largest data center ecosystem. Our Manassas campus offers tax and power savings compared to Ashburn and exceptional levels of energy efficiency as well as a diverse and accessible ecosystem of cloud, network and other service providers.
