Located at the White Oak Technology Park in Henrico County, VA, RCH-3  will be a 382,815 ft2, 60 MW facility, with the first 30 MW expected in Q1 2029. Our Richmond data center is the perfect alternative to a Northern Virginia data center and is ideal for both hyperscale customers and highly regulated organizations. Three additional data centers are expected on campus.

With a phased roll-out to 2030, the campus will offer customers a total of over 200 MW of power in close proximity to ‘Data Center Alley’, the world’s largest data center and network hub. Our three new data centers will provide customers with industry-leading compliance, green power and exceptional levels of energy efficiency as well as a wide range of Tier 1 networks and specialist service providers.
